Return/Refund Policy

Refunds
HSSCM requires registration and receipt of payment in advance for our signature fundraising events including the annual Martini Madness and Whisker Mixer events.

HSSCM has a “no refund” policy. HSSCM will not refund any paid registration for any event.
If have pre-paid for an event and you are unable to attend, please call our finance director at 269.963.1796, ext. 19 at least 24 business hours in advance of the event and request that your reservation be cancelled. We will then convert your pre-paid amount to a donation and will send you a letter for your tax purposes stating that HSSCM acknowledges that you did not receive any goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for your contribution. We are unable to provide letters with less than 24 hours notice of the event date.

Privacy
